Seven Minute Workout

Attempting to get back into the swing of things after being sick the last three days. But it gave me a chance to catch up on some reading and found the following advice from Dr. Mehmet Oz. It is simple advice for those of us that simply don't exercise as much as we should. The clip below appeared in the April 2009 Esquire magazine along with some other very good articles on health.
