Warmth Of A Sunrise

There's a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.” ― Jo Walton

Regardless of the time of year, each morning the sun come up.

Regardless of the previous day, the sun continues to rise each day on your world.

Each day when you rise do you move to brighten another persons day?

The sun rising on a cold winter's morning, it warms if ever so slightly that which it touches.

As you rise on a new morning, try to warm the heart of those you touch in your day.

If you do, you will feel the warmth in return.

Stay inspired my friends.

Sunset and Sunrise

Sunset in the Middle East

Regardless of where you are in this large and wonderful world, the sun will be setting. Night will begin to settle in and the cool of darkness will cover you. As your eyes adjust to the increasing blackness, you reflect and begin to see things you would otherwise have not.

The brightness of sunlight which left you is rising in another part of the world. The sun will chase away this same darkness, warming the lives it touches. Opening eyes will adjust to the light and see things with renewed hope.

As the sun sets on your day, be assured it will rise again.

Our lives will cycle very much the same way. Life will seem in such despair and pain at different points in your life. Your eyes will adjust to the pain, giving you a different look at your life. You will take time to reflect in the darkness.

Just remember to hang on to the idea of a rising sun in your life.

The light will once again shine down on you, lifting your spirits and life. A changed person is whom you will be coming out of the darkness. Wait for and hold onto the coming light which will return to your life.

Stay inspired my friends.

Sunrise Sunset

So stop waiting until you finish school,
until you go back to school,
until you lose ten pounds,
until you gain ten pounds,
until you have kids,
until your kids leave the house,
until you start work,
until you retire,
until you get married,
until you get divorced,
until Friday night,
until Sunday morning,
until you get a new car or home,
until your car or home is paid off,
until spring, until summer, until fall, until winter,
until you are off welfare,
until the first or fifteenth,
until your song comes on,
until you've had a drink,
until you've sobered up,
until you die,
until you are born again
to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy...

-Author Unknown

As you stand watching the setting sun, you wonder what was accomplished. Did I take another step towards my goal? Did I choose to make life better for having been a better me? Did I waste an opportunity to accomplish so much more?

If you are standing there watching the setting sun, know that the sun is rising in the morning for someone else. The dawn of a new day filled with opportunity is presenting itself to that person. That person is contemplating all that he or she can accomplish.

As you stand in the dimming light of day, as the darkness begins to envelope your thoughts, know that the sun will rise for you again. Know that a new day will rise to meet your dreams. In the moment your dreams come into the new light, new opportunity will present itself to you.

Take yourself farther with each new day and reflect upon the setting sun as an accomplishment.

Possible Sunrise

"Trying to sneak a fastball past Hank Aaron is like trying to sneak the sunrise past a rooster." ~Joe Adcock

Hank Aaron was one of American baseball's greatest players. A career batting average of .305, but best known for holding the career home run record of 755 for many years. As Joe Adcock, a fellow ball player said, "you couldn't sneak the fastball by him."

Seeing everything that comes along, being perceptive of life around us seems like a simple concept. When the sun comes up in the morning, do you notice it? Do you expect it be there each morning? You can't let a day sneak past you. You can't let the opportunity slip by without advancing.

Each new day is a new opening, a new chance to do something great for someone else. Maybe pay it forward with some act of kindness to them. It is also a chance to move towards your dreams, getting a little bit closer to something fantastic...a great life.

Experience the sunrise each morning, fill your day with expectation and movement. And when you see the sunset, know that you accomplished something great. And know that the sun will rise again tomorrow with new opportunity, new possibility.

Dreams
by Langston Hughes

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly.

Hold fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow

Taking the day off from writing. Yet a great sunrise should never go unseen, which is the power of the internet. Enjoy your weekend.
